Seems they were they quietly released last night. No tweeting, no nothing.
My understanding: leagues were still discussing the draft 4.0 rules on Sunday night, WFTDA vote to adopt the rules took place either Monday or Tuesday - but most believed it was a forgone conclusion.
I am also under the impression that RCR will incorporate the new rules (assuming they were adopted by WFTDA) for all future inter-league bouts, BUT the remainder of the intra-league home season will remain governed by 3.1 rules.
Also, rumor has it the powers that be at the national level are ALREADY at work on 4.1!
